Aerocool Limited was first registered as a privately traded company in February 2001.
John Anderson, the original founder of the company, still retains 43% of the 5.7 million shares on offer.
The remainder of the shares are held by 76 other shareholders, being grower and non-grower stakeholders

Aerocool Ltd site, just South of Te Puke, (commonly known as the Birley site) where 3.087 million trays of GREEN kiwifruit and 75,000 GOLD kiwifruit were packed in the 2009 season.
