Aerocool sees itself as an integral part in your orcharding business.
Our success comes only if you as growers are successful in your business, which in part is due to how we perform.

• We pay our growers within 24 hours of receiving payment from Zespri.

• We have higher advance payments than the industry average.

• Our payment advice statements and OGR forecasts are clear, easy to understand and transparent.

• We understand and appreciate that cashflow is important to growers especially during critical periods of orchard expense such as winter prunning.

To help our growers, the repayments for Aerocool's postharvest services are spread over time. A grower elected Trust, known as The Aerocool Growers Equity Trust (TAGET), administers all kiwifruit payments from Zespri. The Trust sets the pool rules and administers payment of all money paid by Zespri. It is the Trustees who sign off payments not Aerocool staff. This ensures confidence and integrity in the payment system.

The pool rules are robust, clear, easy to understand and administer. The rules ensure equity in payments and all growers are treated fairly.
